This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Cantarito Salvadorian Restaurant, a company organized and existing under the laws of California, with its principal place of business at 730 W Lancaster Blvd #102, Lancaster, CA 93534 ("Provider"), and above submitted information, a company organized and existing under the laws of California, ("Advertiser").

Advertising Space

Provider agrees to grant Advertiser access to a 3.5 x 3.5 advertising space on 730 W Lancaster Blvd #102, Lancaster, CA 93534, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

Duration

This Agreement shall commence on \[Start Date] and shall continue for a period of \[Duration] unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment

Advertiser shall pay Provider a monthly fee of $$$for the advertising space. Payment should be made within 5 Business Days. Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Advertiser's access to the advertising space.

Logo Submission

Advertiser shall provide Provider with a high-resolution version of their logo for display on the advertising space. The logo should be submitted in PDF, or PNG. Advertiser agrees that Provider may modify the logo as necessary to fit the dimensions of the advertising space and maintain the overall appearance and quality.

Intellectual Property

Advertiser represents and warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to use and display the submitted logo for advertising purposes. Advertiser acknowledges that Provider is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringements resulting from the use of the logo on the advertising space.

Non-Exclusivity

This Agreement does not grant exclusivity to Advertiser. Provider reserves the right to offer advertising space to other businesses, including direct competitors of Advertiser, without prior notice or consent.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 day written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, Advertiser shall remove its logo from the advertising space.

Liability

Provider shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by Advertiser due to the use or unavailability of the advertising space, including technical issues, platform downtime, or external factors beyond Provider's control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
